Jesse Bobie-Agyekum has been a Levels coach since the establishment of the club in 2018 and has a significant impact on the development of the club. Born and raised in east London he began in football as an academy player with Leyton Orient, gaining first-hand experience of the professional game from a young age. After his playing pathway, he transitioned into talent identification, working as a scout with Norwich City, where he developed a keen eye for spotting potential.
This foundation led naturally into coaching, where Jesse has now built over 10 years of experience in youth development. For more than 5 years, he has coached at a Major Premier League club, acquiring valuable insight into elite academy environments.
Alongside His role as technical director Jesse Bobie Leads two age groups — the U12s, who are the current league holders, and the U14s, who recently reached the Echo League final. Known for blending technical expertise with a passion for player growth, he is committed to helping young footballers succeed both on and off the pitch.
